Late at evening I'm visiting the hospital, I expected it be a very long visit.

As I was parking my scooter, a young man asked me. Would you like me to clean the scooter?

Yes we can do that, I firmly replied.

He took a couple of steps back and opened a small case, took out his cleaning gear and walked towards me.

I asked him about his usual rate? He casually replied "I charge mvr40, but you can give me anything you think is suitable."

What he said next made me very sad. "This is my first work today and I haven't had any food yet,  so you can give me anything, I will accept."

He asked me if I will take long to return. I told him I will be very late and I paid him extra.

He said that he will not let me down and assured me that I will be content with his work.

I came to collect the scooter in the morning and it looked very clean, I felt it was worth the money. I won't know this young man even if i met him again I will not be able to recognize him, since the parking lot was dark when I met him.

I am thankful for his excellent work. Being a very satisfied customer, I will not be afraid to ask for his service again.

It's very natural to bargain with these handy people despite them helping us to save time in addition to giving us a bang for our buck. If we use services from a garage, they charge us more and we have to adjust to their convenience too.
