This book has been with me for over four years and I only just got around to reading it. Don't ask me why I didn't read it earlier; I don’t have an answer.

Like most Robin Sharma books this is another gem.

In a lot of ways it's a reflection of his other works, but more concise and with a focus on family.

I enthusiastically, recommend this book to parents with young children. As a lot of things in life, kids are young only once. Before we know it they are teenagers.

Young parents may not comprehend this, but parents my age know this through experience.

When we recall the offspring of our friends and of our relatives, it feels that only yesterday we saw them as tiny little creatures and now suddenly they are in college or getting married.

A classmate of mine will be a grandparent this year. This is how fast our children grow. I wonder if I'm growing old or maybe I'm in denial of the fact.

We are all busy. We each have a life to live. We need to give a better life for our children so we work very hard. We get bogged down in sorting out 'life's challenges' and along the way we forego the responsibility of shaping our kids to live a good life.

This book gives a reference point for parents to keep in mind while raising their children.

The book delves on five notions which you have to master in order to nurture your children. It's logical and practical, easy to follow and a great read.

We talk about building nation, we need to talk about building stronger family first.
